About Us

Sports Brunei Darussalam (previously known as Kompleks Sukan Universiti Brunei Darussalam or USportsBrunei) is located at the largest University in Brunei Darussalam, Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD). Since opening last July 2021, our objective is to modernise The Sports Complex and contribute to the ever-evolving modern sports industry in Brunei Darussalam by developing value chain development as well play a part in local employment and also to promote healthy lifestyle to patrons who use The Sports Complex.

Sports Brunei Darussalam houses a collection of facilities such as Olympic Size Swimming Pool (2.25m deep), Track and Field, Football, Rugby and Hockey Fields, Outdoor Courts which includes Futsal, Tennis, Sepak Takraw to name a few as well as the Indoor Sports Hall which features 9 badminton courts and 2 full size Basketball & Netball Courts.

Apart from the various community facilities, other attractions at Sports Brunei Darussalam are the Virtual Reality (VR) E-Sports where users can experience real surroundings in a virtual world, Indoor Batting Cage by Pitch Perfect which is the first in Brunei Darussalam, Renegade Martial Arts and Fitness offers Muay Thai and Boxing classes, and Elite Alpha Fitness provides a functional training gym. The Sports Complex also has 2 pool tables and 4 dart board stands.

Sports Brunei Darussalam aims to attract everyone who are not just into sports but who also have similar hobbies and interests that would want a safe space for them to utilise and meet new people. We envision a venue that can cater to a variety of events whether its sports friendly matches or competitions, conferences, and even exhibitions.

We are building a community and culture that encourages everyone to join and hopefully pick up a new activity that they would enjoy.
