Refunds & Exchanges
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges will only be considered for the following:

PRODUCT DELIVERED DOES NOT MATCH PRODUCT ORDERED
In this case, customers can contact us via email, Instagram or Facebook. Please send us the following:

- Proof of purchase
- Proof of wrong item delivered
​
Once everything has been confirmed, customers have a choice between exchanging the product of having the product refunded.

EXCHANGING PRODUCT

If customer chooses to exchange the product, we will set the next available date for the product to be exchanged. Shipping fee will be shouldered by us when exchanging products.

*please note that if customer has opened / used the product, the product will not be valid for exchange.

REFUNDING PRODUCT

Example of refund calculation:
Product customer ordered - Bliss Hair Oil priced at PHP599.00
Product delivered - Shampoo Bar priced at PHP299.00

Amount refundable = PHP300.00
